Los Campesinos! - Life Is A Long Time
Of many things that make Los Campesinos! so unbelievably fantastic, their lyrics are by far their greatest attribute. It amazes me how each song can be just as witty, realistic, and heartbreaking as the last.
This song, in its entirety, is particularly astounding to me.

So, I failed to mention that I did end up seeing Los Campesinos! this past weekend… And that I had the chance to meet the band after the show… And that the eve of January 27th was perhaps one of the greatest nights of my life.
So my birthday wasn’t a letdown after all.
